No!!! Just if you select FREE AGENT returns the value player.

maybe i not understand your question. Actually your ex players are free agent;
have you recovered their economic value in the budget? or have youforgot to renew the contracts?

Yes you can mate
But in Session 0 many new teams will enter
and they will have to build their team from 0.
So it's better to do the transfermarket with more teams to buy/sell/loan/trade players.

Maybe the mistake that you did was click on "rescindi" instead on "free agent".
