Could you tell me exactly how it works?
The transfermarket is always open.
If you buy/sell/exchange/take or give on loan a player, any changes will reflect on the next Session.
I.e. you buy a player in Session 1 -> He will join your team when Session 2 begins.
It's not a case that the HDF file is usually updated once a session.
For example, if the team was performing poorly in the season and to improve his team, he needs to get rid of...let's say 3 players - and then buy/loan 3 new players in.
I think my previous quote partially covers the answer to this question.
In addition to that, I will say that you can return up to 3 players a season to the Free Agent.
This means that if you returned one of your players to the Free Agent, you would get back the exact amount of money of his current value.
The drawback is that you can only return players in Session 0 and in Session 4.
You can still get rid of any of your players by giving them free transfer but watch out: if you terminate their contracts, you won't get anything back. On top of that you will be charged a fee for breaching their contract before its expiry date.
How and who does he sell his players to? What if he can't sell his player, is there another way?
If you can't return your players to the Free Agent (say we are not in Session 0 or 4/you have already returned 3 players), you can sell your players to another team, if both parties reach an agreement.
If you ask me, this should always be the first option; I see returning players to the Free Agent as a sort of Plan B.
And also how does the loan work? By loaning, does he get a player from other team for one season or more, and pay just the wage?
Exactly mate.
Anyway, you can choose if getting a players for 1, 2 o 3 sessions (basically the entire season).
I strongly suggest the third option.
Thanks!
My pleasure, please ask further if needed.
